Following months of negotiations, the day has finally come for the Tungsten Roses to take over control of the Achelian territories owned and operated by Kedalion Inc. This historic deal was brokered by Arachne Metaxas, who has put the copious resources of the Menagerie behind a PR campaign to ensure that the necessary changes to the parameters of the governance Opti went through. Rumour has it that the Menagerie also provided funds to the Tungsten Roses for this buyout - meaning that Kedalion Inc is in a sense buying the factories from itself.
The resulting trade deals are expected to bring several times more profit for Kedalion than the factory ownership - particularly as the aging factories were starting to lag in production behind Myriad's lunar facilities, and were unsuitable for several new designs requiring low-G assembly.
Arachne Metaxas was a founding member of the Menagerie. They are the inventor behind the Menagerie's line of colour changing paints and tattoo inks, and have been intimately involved in the Menagerie's line of medical cybernetics. Their alternate self, was a participant in the Prometheus project but elected to stay behind in one of the other timelines.

Yo yo yo whattup Kribbers? Jones Carnation here for KTV Kribs with probably the biggest project we have toured to date! We've had spaceships, we've had stations, but our hosts today built themselves a “home away from home” away from EVERYTHING! We're here, exactly half way between Kedalion and Briareos, to tour the Krib of Arachne “Spider” Metaxas, and Thalia “Won't tell us her animal name” Letts.
Now folks, we are in deep, DEEP space here - their ain't no sun around to speak of. But Spider wove this home themself, and they thought of that and the whole asteroid is rigged up with a web of artificial sunlight systems! Want to experience the scorching heat of a tropical beach? We got you. Want the gentle dappled sunlight and cool breeze of a Kybele fjord? BAM! Done!
This place has gardens, each controlled to just the right temperature for the plants in them - and wow, there's some range! A whole array of colours, from all over the seven systems, with a network of rivers, lakes and fountains running through the whole thing - the gravity in here has been engineered so some of the rivers flow up walls or along ceilings, making the whole thing super trippy! If you're the kind who likes to read, we got a library looking over the gardens, with actual paper books wall-to-wall! SO FANCY!
Now, it wouldn't be Spider if there weren't a ton of engineering labs - and we got everything here. We're not allowed in with cameras because they're working on something super secret right now, but this stuff puts a Selasi university to shame! We got enough bedrooms for one each day of the week, and a bonus one for a nap on Sunday just because. We got a kitchen where you could cook up a hurricane - whether you want to let the botchefs handle it for you, or go old-school and do it manually.
All in all, it's a wonderful place - a little out of the way, but enough to get the coveted Kribs HORN!
BWAAAAAAM BWAA BWAA BWAAAAAAAM
You are cordially invited to the wedding of Arachne Metaxas and Thalia Letts, to be held at their asteroid home (coordinates attached - transport can be provided from Briareos or Kedalion on request. Those wishing to attend remotely may do so by prior arrangement - for the privacy of the wedding party, communications links will be restricted during the ceremony itself.
Melissa “Bee” Hive grins widely as she opens the letter and reads the invitation, then laughs as she reads the much less formal note that accompanies it. Hey eyes glaze over as she opens a communications line to a few friends.
“Hey Wolf, how possible would it be to give everyone a few days holiday either side of 250 this year?”
On one of the lunar factories of Kedalion, Lykos “Wolf” Moon excuses himself from a meeting briefly.
“Well… it would mean pushing back the launch for the new line of cyberlegs - probably going to cost us too much to be worth it, honestly. Why, what's the occasion?”
Bee's eyes drift back to the invitation, letting Wolf see through her eyes.
“Oh… OH! Well, fuck it, who needs legs anyway? Alright, I'll shuffle some stuff around, see what I can do.”
Wolf walks back into the meeting.
“OK, good news is, everyone here is about to get a couple weeks holiday to go to a wedding - yes, they finally did asked her. Bad news, we need to change a few plans…”
