All assessments completed. The Committee recommends __strongly__ that Potential Xarsa should be assigned the Visionary caste as soon as possible. 

The following report contains the full assessment of Potential Xarsa, including her personality and personal history. The Xarsa in this report is the time traveller who has returned from the //Prometheus// Station, not the Champion Xarsa of our timeline. 

Xarsa was born a Champion and served under the Sword division until 1282, when she became a time traveling agent under the command of the SAC of the Gun division. She has proven to be highly diplomatic and her strategic insights averted much disaster on the //Ananke// Station - both are traits befitting of a Visionary. Her actions on the Ananke have averted several potential wars and saved the lives of innumerable Eunomians, including that of Ordained Oresteus and Ordained Eusenia. After her return, she played an active role in the promotion of the Iridescent Provinces. She has demonstrated a remarkable ability in befriending prominent figures in all fields and has since been known as a voice of reason and moderation in a time of uncertainty. 

Xarsa has a clear vision that aligns closely to the Eternal Order. She will serve her purpose best as a Visionary. Her journey from a Champion to a Potential and then a Visionary would also serve as a clear positive example of what the Iridescent Provinces can achieve.
