The following report contains the full assessment of Potential Xarsa, including her personality and personal history. The Xarsa in this report is the time traveller who has returned from the Prometheus Station, not the Champion Xarsa of our timeline.

Xarsa was born a Champion and served under the Sword division until 1282, when she became a time traveling agent under the command of the SAC of the Gun division. She has proven to be highly diplomatic and her strategic insights averted much disaster on the Ananke Station - both are traits befitting of a Visionary. Her actions on the Ananke have averted several potential wars and saved the lives of innumerable Eunomians, including that of Ordained Oresteus and Ordained Eusenia. After her return, she played an active role in the promotion of the Iridescent Provinces. She has demonstrated a remarkable ability in befriending prominent figures in all fields and has since been known as a voice of reason and moderation in a time of uncertainty.

Xarsa has a clear vision that aligns closely to the Eternal Order. She will serve her purpose best as a Visionary. She is already a skilled diplomat, thus placing her within the Diplomat division would be natural. However, considering her well-honed capacity of strategic thinking, ties to the members of the Prometheus project, and her influence within Eunomia, the Committee recommends placing her in the Councillor division. Her journey from a Champion to a Potential and then a Visionary would also serve as a clear positive example of what the Iridescent Provinces can achieve.
