Technology in the Seven Systems is as advanced as you would expect from a set of spacefaring civilisations. Beyond the obvious development of the ability to travel between stars in something less than generations worth of time, one of the major developments has been in manufacturing. Industries that need to serve entire systems of planets, carried across the yawning void in vessels constructed in space in the millions per year. Each system has variations, but they are all capable of creation on a near incomprehensible scale.
Each system has their own areas of technology that they excel in, though it would be a mischaracterisation to say that these are all that the systems produced. Achelia naturally excels at all advances in mining and resource extraction, whereas Briareos has a very strong line in biological technology and enchancement. The technology of Cheimeros ends up being very utilitarian, and focused on keeping people alive, and Eunomia takes their characteristic approach with their developments, leading to things which are extensions of their Eternal Order. Kedalion's enhancements take the fusion of human and machine to new heights, and Kybele pioneered the inter-system communication arrays that allow near-instantaneous communication between them (see FTL Comms and Sensors). Lastly, Selas often eschews such base things as 'industrial application' and focus on the pure understanding of the world. Things that the Systems haven't managed to develop, however, are ways to dramatically expand the lifetime of people, and true general AI, though Kedalion have some more limited optimisation machines.
Beyond and above all of this, however, the development of weapons technology has blossomed, even before the War. From countless swarms of missiles and explosive projectiles, both conventional and nuclear; through vastly destructive mass drivers, that can turn anything with mass into a deadly weapon; to a menagerie of plagues, blights and genetic weapons which can doom a people before they even notice the first symptom; the Seven Systems are full of weapons that would delight a murderous soul. Though before the War there were at least nominal conventions on what weapons were and were not considered fair game, most of these authored by the GSP, twenty years of total war have thrown such niceties to one side.
